Smart Meter Installer – Job Description


  1. Install, replace, and configure smart electricity meters at residential, commercial, and industrial locations as per prescribed guidelines.
  2. Conduct meter testing, wiring, connectivity checks, and ensure proper functioning after installation.
  3. Interact with customers, explain basic meter functionality, and resolve installation-related queries.
  4. Maintain accurate installation records, capture required documentation/photos, and update system/app data.
  5. Follow all safety protocols, technical standards, and company procedures while ensuring timely completion of assigned installations.
