Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Job Responsibilities):

पैंट्री प्रबंधन:

स्टाफ, अधिकारियों और मेहमानों के लिए चाय, कॉफी, पानी और स्नैक्स तैयार करना और परोसना।

पैंट्री, कप-प्लेट, बर्तन और क्रॉकरी की साफ-सफाई व रखरखाव रखना।

चाय/कॉफी मशीन और पैंट्री के सामान का ध्यान रखना और स्टॉक कम होने पर सूचित करना।

ऑफिस व रख-रखाव:

ऑफिस के केबिन, डेस्क, टेबल और मीटिंग रूम्स की रोज़ाना झाड़-पोंछ (Dusting)।

ऑफिस को हमेशा स्वच्छ और व्यवस्थित बनाए रखना।

प्यून व ऑफिस कार्य:

फाइलों, पत्रों और सामान को एक टेबल/विभाग से दूसरे विभाग तक पहुँचाना।

बाहर के छोटे-मोटे काम करना (जैसे डाक/कूरियर लाना-ले जाना, पास की दुकान से ऑफिस का सामान लाना)।

फोटोकॉपी, प्रिंटआउट या फाइलों को व्यवस्थित करने में मदद करना।

ऑफिस आए मेहमानों का स्वागत करना और उन्हें सही स्थान पर बैठाना।
