Oil Filters Sales Engineer

The ideal candidate will have 7 to 12 years of experience in industrial sales and a proven track record of selling high-value engineering systems. This role offers an annual salary of ₹5,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 (5–8 Lakhs) depending on expertise and performance.

## Job Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will drive business growth by promoting and selling our specialized Filtration and Separation Systems, including Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) Filters. You will target key process industries, secure high-value project contracts, and manage client relationships across your assigned territory.

## Key Responsibilities

* Technical B2B Sales: Promote and sell advanced Filtration and Separation Systems, with a primary focus on specialized ATF Filters.

* Lead Generation & Market Targeting: Identify and secure business opportunities within Refineries, Petrochemical plants, Gas-Based Industries, Cross-Country Pipeline Project Companies, and Aviation Fuel Tank Farms.

* Territory & Travel Management: Actively travel across the allocated territory to conduct client site visits, assess technical requirements, and build strong field relationships.

* Project Consulting: Engage with project engineering teams and technical consultants to position Petromar products during the early design and bidding stages of large infrastructure projects.

* Technical Presentations: Conduct deep-dive technical presentations and product demonstrations to plant managers, procurement heads, and chief engineers to address their process separation challenges.

* Commercial Negotiations: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry and technical bidding to commercial negotiation, contract finalization, and payment collection.

## Candidate Requirements

* Experience: 7 to 12 years of core sales experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy engineering filtration sectors.

* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial filtration mechanisms, separation systems, and aviation fuel handling standards.

* Mobility: High willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for client acquisition and relationship management.

* Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to deal with corporate clients and public sector undertakings (PSUs).
