📍 Location: Mumbai / Pan India Project Sites

💼 Experience: 5 Years

🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Arch. / Interior Design or equivalent

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of modular Door,furniture,Shutter,interior fit-out & construction projects.
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project cost, quality, timelines and productivity.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Stores and Logistics teams.
• Handle site issues, snagging, rectification and final project handover.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

🔹 Candidate Profile

✅ 5 years of relevant project execution experience

✅ Strong experience in modular furniture / interior fit-out / construction

✅ Good knowledge of BOQ, drawings, material planning and cost control

✅ Excellent client & subcontractor coordination skills

✅ Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD preferred

✅ Willingness to travel to project sites across India
