Purchase Engineer

We are an electronic manufacturing unit. Looking for engineers to work in the stores purchase department for procurement and inventory management

• Knowledge of electronic components
• Excellent negotiation and communication skill 
• Book keeping/Documentation skills
• Strong operations experience in receiving & managing stock and inventory
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• This is a responsible position, and the person should be active and alert and must have and develop skills for multitasking.
• Present weekly and monthly purchase reports to the management.
• To coordinate between the Production Department, Stores Department, D&D Department and the Suppliers. To make regular /daily follow up with the suppliers for the pending material and purchase invoices. To ensure proper outward movement of material from stores.
• To review the indents from Stores and Production on a regular/Daily basis. To find new suppliers to buy in optimum rates and Quality components.
• Review the physical stock of all items in stores.
• Maintain the list of approved suppliers, service providers & outsourcers.
