Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Plan and drive BTL marketing activities including local activations, customer meets, roadshows, exhibitions, promotional events, and branch-level campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, brand visibility, and market penetration across the assigned region.
- Coordinate with Regional, Zonal, and Branch teams for effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Identify local market opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities to strengthen regional marketing plans.
- Manage marketing agencies, vendors, and partners for timely and effective execution of BTL activities.
- Plan and monitor regional marketing budgets and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Track campaign effectiveness, leads generated, conversions, and ROI; prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
- Ensure consistent implementation of corporate branding and marketing guidelines across the region.
- Conduct market visits and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
