Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Generate new business leads through open-market visits, direct sales, and field activities.
- Product Focus: Drive sales and disbursement targets for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP / Mortgage Loans).
- Channel Management: Build and nurture relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, builders, and channel partners.
- End-to-End Processing: Handle the complete loan lifecycle, including initial client meetings, document collection, and KYC verification.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with internal credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure fast file login and timely disbursement.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
