Sales Co-ordinator

First Spark India Ventures is a Mumbai-based corporate events and exhibition stall design and fabrication company operating since 2013. We work with corporate clients across India, taking projects from concept and design through production and execution.

The role:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage incoming enquiries and keep every lead moving. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients: call new leads immediately, understand their requirements, prepare a clear brief and hand it to the sales team for the next step. You will also coordinate proposals, follow up with clients and stay in touch with existing clients for repeat business.

Key responsibilities:

• Check all incoming leads throughout the day.
• Call new leads promptly, speak professionally with prospective clients and understand what they need.
• Record the event or exhibition requirement, location, date, scope, budget, decision-maker and next action in a clear client brief.
• Pass complete and qualified briefs to the appropriate sales team member without delay.
• Maintain the lead tracker with accurate contact details, enquiry source, status, follow-up date and outcome.
• Share approved proposals and presentations with clients, confirm receipt and follow up for feedback.
• Coordinate client meetings and calls for the sales team.
• Stay in touch with existing clients to identify upcoming events, exhibitions and repeat business opportunities.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on new leads, calls made, proposals shared, follow-ups due, leads won and leads lost.
• Make sure no enquiry or committed follow-up is missed.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in sales coordination, lead handling, client follow-up or a similar role. Experience in an events or exhibitions company is preferred.
• Confidence in calling new leads and speaking with corporate clients.
• Ability to ask the right questions and write clear, useful briefs.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp and MS Office.
• Clear spoken and written English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
