About the Role:

·      Responsible for ensuring existing clients renew their contracts for ongoing pest management services. This involves proactive communication with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and skillfully negotiating contract terms for continued service. The role requires strong sales, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

 Full job description:

·      Client Communication and Relationship Management: Proactively contacting existing clients nearing their contract renewal date to discuss their pest control needs and service satisfaction. 

·      Contract Renewal Negotiation: Presenting renewal proposals, explaining the benefits of continued service, and negotiating favorable terms for both the client and the pest control company. 

·      Service Issue Resolution: Addressing any client concerns or complaints regarding past or current service, working with operations to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction. 

·      Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team renewal targets for revenue and contract volume. 

·      Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing renewal data, identifying trends, and generating reports to track performance and inform renewal strategies. 

·      Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or treatments to existing clients. 

·      Market Awareness: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. 

·      Internal Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team, operations team, and customer support to ensure a smooth renewal process and client satisfaction. 

Key Result Areas:

·      On-Time Renewal Rate: Ensuring a high percentage of contracts are renewed before the expiry date. 

·      Renewal Rate: Tracking the overall percentage of contracts renewed within a specific period. 

·      Customer Retention: Minimizing customer churn (the rate at which customers cancel or do not renew their contracts). 

·      Early Renewals: Encouraging customers to renew their contracts before the renewal date. Enhancing Customer Experience:

·      Customer Satisfaction: Measuring customer satisfaction with the renewal process and the overall product or service. Effective Communication and Negotiation:
