We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth to meet or exceed individual and team targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
• Client engagement: Deliver impactful product presentations, understand client requirements, and pitch tailored solutions.
• Negotiation & closing: Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals successfully.
• Pipeline management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Market intelligence: Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth areas.

Key requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development.
• Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented: A target-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Tech-savviness: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
