Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
- Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
- Preparation of quotations in software.
- Coordinate all required information for the preparation of final quotations to sales department and clients.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents.
- Interpret customer requirements, match services to customer specifications. Ensure quote is technically compatible by communicating with other departments.
- Coordinate client s relationships to ensure timely response.
- Gather required data for quote preparation. Build and maintain pricing measurement for decision making processes. Maintain data base.
- Strong communications & time management.
