Salary Range - INR 15,000 to 20,000 + Incentives

Reporting Founder / Business Head

The OpportunityRELYON is looking for a confident and organized Inside Sales Executive who can convert enquiries into confirmed orders. You will manage assigned leads from the first call until advance payment, while the Founder supports technical and high-value closures.

This is a sales and relationship role - not a telecalling-only job.

What You Will Do·   Respond quickly to enquiries received from marketing, IndiaMART, website, references and other channels.

·   Understand the client's requirement, budget, location and timeline.

·   Share suitable product information, catalogues, videos and indicative prices.

·   Coordinate quotations and conduct regular follow-ups.

·   Handle common customer questions and objections confidently.

·   Escalate technical or high-value opportunities to the Founder at the right stage.

·   Follow up for advance payment and update every interaction in the CRM.

·   Reconnect with old enquiries, architects, interior designers, builders and contractors.

Who We Are Looking For·   1-3 years of inside sales, B2B sales or customer conversion experience preferred.

·   Confident Hindi communication and workable English.

·   Strong follow-up attitude, active listening and professional WhatsApp communication.

·   Comfortable using CRM, calls, targets and basic spreadsheets.

·   Experience in lighting, interiors, building materials, furniture, home automation or real estate is an advantage.

Earnings & Performance Rewards

Fixed salary: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month, plus order-wise incentives.

Incentives apply to assigned leads after advance receipt and are linked to approved terms and payment collection.
