Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in the Mumbai & Maharashtra region. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, Customer Visit ,Client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets in IT Solutions (Software, Hardware, Cloud & Services).

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new business opportunities in Mumbai , Pune & West Region .

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMBs, and channel partners.

· Promote IT solutions including Software Licensing (Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk etc.), Hardware, Cloud Services, Backup & Security solutions.

· Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

· Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking.

· Coordinate with technical and support teams for solution delivery.

· Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

· 1–4 years of experience in IT / Software / Cloud / Hardware sales.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cloud Solutions, Backup, Cybersecurity (preferred).

· Self-motivated and target-driven.

· Good understanding of Maharashtra market.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
