Job Description
- Generate leads for Personal Loans through various sources such as calling, references, DSA Channel visits.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable Personal Loan products.
- Check basic customer eligibility and collect required documents.
- Process customer applications and ensure accurate data entry/login.
- Follow up with customers for KYC, documentation, verification, agreement, mandate and other required formalities.
- Track applications from login to sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure timely disbursement.
- Achieve monthly login, approval and disbursement targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide regular updates on application status.
- Ensure compliance with company/DSA policies and sales guidelines.
