Are you an experienced sales strategist in the Security and Facility Management sector looking to maximize your earning potential? We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist with a deep understanding of facility solutions, corporate guarding, and modern security and facility operations.


This is an end-to-end sales ownership role. We need a dynamic go-getter who thrives on field visits, relationship building, and measurable sales output.


Key Accountabilities & Expectations:

  • 360-Degree Sales Ownership: Independent lead generation, pitching, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Client Engagement: Organizing face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers (Facility Managers, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams).
  • Target-Driven Output: Delivering consistent pipeline growth and hitting monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
