We are expanding our presence and looking for dynamic professionals to lead and build a self-sourcing loan sales team.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Manager who will be responsible for self-sourcing loan files from the open market and managing a team of loan officers to drive disbursement targets across multiple financial products.

The role involves end-to-end loan processing, from lead generation to disbursement, along with recruitment, training, and activation of the team for consistent monthly business growth.

• Key Responsibilities: Self-source loan leads from the open market through direct channels, references, and networking.
• Process and coordinate loan applications from sourcing to final disbursement stage.
• Manage and lead a team of Loan Officers / Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Hire, train, and motivate new team members to ensure active participation and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, bankers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain high conversion ratios.
• Stay updated with lending policies, product features, and credit assessment norms of various banks and NBFCs.
• Generate cross-selling opportunities for insurance and wealth products.
• Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate / Post-Graduate with 2–7 years of experience in Loan Sales / DSA / Financial Product Distribution.
• Candidates from Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, or Business Loan background will be preferred.
• Must have experience in team handling and self-sourcing business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
