• Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the sales team.
• Achieve monthly team and individual sales targets.
• Increase sales, conversions, and overall revenue.
• Assign leads to sales staff and ensure proper follow-up.
• Support team members in negotiations and closing clients.
• Train sales consultants on immigration sales and closing techniques.
• Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
• Ensure proper lead and client updates in Bitrix24 CRM.
• Conduct regular team performance reviews.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective action.
• Work closely with management and documentation teams to improve client conversion.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in immigration, visa, travel, or consultancy.
• Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader / Sales Supervisor preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong team-management and leadership skills.
• Hindi and English required.
• Immigration/visa sales experience will be an advantage.
• CRM/Bitrix24 experience preferred.

Salary & BenefitsSalary:

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday
