Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Automobile Sales Trainer to train and develop the sales team on automobile products, sales techniques, customer handling, and industry practices. The ideal candidate should have strong automobile knowledge and excellent communication and training skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training sessions for automobile sales executives and new joiners.
• Provide training on vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and competitors.
• Train the sales team on customer handling, product presentation, test-drive processes, and sales conversion techniques.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.
• Conduct role-plays and practical sales training sessions.
• Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve sales performance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide regular feedback.
• Keep the team updated on new vehicle launches, features, offers, and market trends.
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to understand training requirements.
• Track training attendance, performance, and improvement.
