An Sr.HR execu ve & Recruiter in Real Estate is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to a ract, vet, and hire top talent across diverse real estate domains.

Required Skills & Experience  Industry Experience: A minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, with a mandatory focus within the real estate or property consultancy sector.  Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate opera ons, licensing, site melines, and the unique performance-driven culture of property sales.  Sourcing Exper se: Mastery over database querying, cold calling passive candidates, and u lizing social media to build employer branding.  So Skills: Excellent verbal and wri en communica on skills to pitch the company effec vely to high-performing candidates.  Nego a on & Judgment: Strong nego a on skills, sound judgment in evalua ng talent, and comfort discussing targets and incen ves.  Tools: Proficiency with recruitment so ware, ATS pla orms, spreadsheet documenta on (Excel/Google Sheets), and digital communica on tools.
