Social Media Executive

• Company: Homesara Decor Location: Andheri West, Mumbai Employment: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years preferredAbout the RoleHomesara Decor is looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Social Media Manager to take complete responsibility for our social media presence.The candidate will manage the complete content cycle — content planning, shooting, photography, video editing, AI-based creative creation, posting, engagement and performance tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Homesara Decor’s Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Plan and create regular Reels, Stories, posts and promotional content.
• Independently shoot high-quality videos and photographs at the showroom and for products.
• Edit Reels and short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or similar.
• Create social media creatives and AI-generated images and visual content using relevant AI tools.
• Write captions, hashtags and social media copy.
• Monitor Instagram trends, trending audio and new content formats.
• Maintain a consistent premium and professional brand identity.
• Manage comments, DMs and social-media enquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
• Track reach, views, engagement and enquiries and improve content accordingly.
• Study competitors and relevant home décor/interior content for new ideas.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Take complete ownership of content ideas and execution and continuously bring new and creative concepts to the brand.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Video Editing or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and short-form content.
• Good photography, videography and video-editing skills.
• Experience with AI tools for image and content creation.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools.
• Creative eye with an understanding of premium/luxury aesthetics.
• Good communication and copywriting skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to work independently.
• Experience in interior design, home décor, furniture, lifestyle or retail is an advantage.
• Portfolio or examples of previous social-media/content work are required.
