Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across social media management, content creation, digital marketing, CRM operations, and user communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content, captions, blogs, and marketing creatives.
• Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.
• Research personal finance, fintech, and industry trends.
• Assist with SEO optimisation and website content.
• Manage CRM records, lead tracking, and follow-up activities.
• Draft and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and user communication.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and marketing analytics.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, research, and productivity.
• Conduct competitor research and identify new marketing opportunities.

Skills Required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Content writing, copywriting, and creative thinking.
• Basic understanding of SEO and marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Interest in personal finance and fintech is a plus.
