Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and numbers-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to

own X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram,

LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Quora.

This is a

hands-on role covering daily content, short video creation, audience growth,

website traffic, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate follows the

markets, spots trends early, keeps every channel active, and takes ownership of

traffic and follower growth.

Key Responsibilities

SocialMedia Content & Channel Management

• Create and publish platform-specific content across X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Channel, and Quora.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across all channels.
• Write quality Quora answers on investing and stock market topics with relevant website links.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with market events and company priorities.

WebsiteTraffic & Performance Optimization

• Drive qualified traffic from social media channels to the Markets Mojo website.
• Optimize post timing, hashtags, captions, and CTAs to improve CTR.
• Track platform performance and optimize content formats, topics, and posting frequency.
• Support marketing campaigns, offers, and product launches through social content.

ShortVideo Content

• Conceptualize, shoot/source, edit, and publish short-form videos.
• Create content around stock/market insights, investing concepts, memes, and explainers.
• Tailor videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
• Track watch time, views, and share rates to improve video performance.

Audience& Subscriber Growth

• Develop strategies for follower and subscriber acquisition.
• Use trends, collaborations, and contests to increase audience growth.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally.
• Monitor competitor and industry pages for new ideas and formats.

Reporting& Coordination

• Prepare weekly dashboards covering traffic, engagement, CTR, video performance, and paid media.
• Present monthly performance reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with research, design, and product teams for content inputs and creatives.
• Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and compliant with internal financial-content guidelines.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation, preferably in fintech, financial services, or media.
• Graduate in any discipline; marketing or mass media background is a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Channels.
• Knowledge of native social media analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of short-form video editing and basic design tools.
• Genuine interest in stock markets and investing.
• Strong English writing skills; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily posting schedules.
• Proactive, trend-aware, and able to react quickly to market events.
