Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Chemical Sales & Purchase Executive to handle the buying and selling of industrial solvents and chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase and sales of solvents and industrial chemicals.
• Identify and develop new suppliers and customers.
• Negotiate purchase prices, selling prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
• Understand customer requirements and source suitable chemicals accordingly.
• Generate quotations, negotiate orders and follow up for order closure.
• Monitor chemical market prices, availability and market trends.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, logistics and transporters for timely delivery.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
• Maintain records of purchases, sales, quotations and customer/supplier information.
• Achieve assigned sales and procurement targets.
• Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with applicable company and regulatory requirements.
