Job Description
- Supervising the agencies like Security, Housing Keeping, Gardner staff & others.
- Checking the attendance Register/Online Visitor App is maintained properly.
- Allotment of work to various staff of society.
- Ensuring that the staff carry out their duties to the satisfaction of the Society Management
- Keeping a checklist for the work done by the various staff.
- Correspondence and Timely Co-ordination with all parties connected for the CHS Matters Including repairs & Maintenance issue if any under the guide line of M.C
- Correspondence, Maintaining the Records of the Circular, Minutes of MCM / SGM/AGM Notice with Agenda and all their correspondence also as per the BYE-LAWS of the CHS.
- Preparing agenda for AGM and filling in AGM register.
- Notice board management, all notices should be on notice board timely.
- To arrange quotations for required services/work in society.
- To strictly follow guidelines provided by MC.
- To co-ordinate between Managing Committee / Residents and KCL Society Service.
- Minutes writing/ Resolutions for MCM, AGM, SGM.
