Job Description
Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Making Outbound Calls: Reach out to cold or warm leads from a provided database to introduce company products, services, or special offers.
- Handling Inbound Calls: Answer incoming customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address ongoing concerns.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Ask targeted questions to gauge interest, identify customer needs, and pass qualified prospects to the field or senior sales teams.
- Following Up: Call back prospects or existing clients at scheduled times to nurture relationships and close sales. Internshala
