🔹 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Speak with students and parents regarding courses, batches and admissions

• Explain course details and admission-related information clearly

• Follow up with prospective students and parents

• Maintain regular communication with leads

• Build positive relationships with students and parents

• Update call records and lead databases

• Achieve assigned follow-up and calling targets

• Coordinate with the academic and admission teams

🎯 WHO CAN APPLY?Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate – Any Stream

We are looking for candidates who have:

✔ Good communication skills in English

✔ Hindi / Marathi communication skills will be an advantage

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ A confident and positive attitude

✔ Good interpersonal and convincing skills

✔ Willingness to learn and grow

✔ Ability to communicate professionally with students and parents
