About the Role

Almond Books is looking for a confident, well-spoken and proactive Telecaller to connect with schools, teachers and customers, handle enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.

We are looking for someone who communicates naturally, takes initiative and follows through without constant reminders.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schools, teachers and potential customers.
• Introduce Almond Books and explain our books and offerings clearly.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, sample requests and pending orders.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into orders.
• Build positive relationships with schools and customers.
• Ensure every enquiry receives a timely response and proper follow-up.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or customer support. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Good spoken English and Hindi.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel, Google Sheets, AI
• Organised, sincere and dependable.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to handle objections and follow up persistently without being pushy.

Experience in educational publishing, school sales or B2B telecalling is an advantage.
