Job Description
• Input complete solar loan lead and customer details accurately into the company's LOS portal.
• Create and process loan applications based on leads provided by the company.
• Ensure customer information, documents and other required details are correctly captured in the LOS.
• Support the Sales team with case login, documentation, application status and process-related queries.
• Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
• Coordinate closely with the Credit team for clarifications, pending information and case movement.
• Follow up on pending cases and ensure applications move within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Identify errors or missing information in applications and coordinate with Sales/customers for correction.
• Maintain accurate case records and provide regular updates to the Sales team.
• Achieve defined login, productivity and turnaround-time targets.
• Follow company SOPs, KYC requirements and applicable lending/compliance processes.
