Job Description
Job Title: Waiter/Service Staff
Company: Lavender Bakery & Desserts
Location: Ghatkopar (E), Mumbai
Experience: 6-1 year (Café experience preferred)
Salary:₹15,000 - ₹21,000 per month
Work Mode: On-site (Full-time)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timing: 10-hour shift (including 1-hour break)
Weekly Off: Between Monday to Thursday only
Job Summary: Lavender Bakery & Desserts is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in cafés, good communication skills, and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide warm, professional service.
- Present the menu and take accurate food & beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly with proper table service etiquette.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Takes orders for cakes , customised cakes and coffee
- Ensure the dining area, tables, and service counters are clean and well-organized.
- Handle POS billing, cash/card transactions, and generate bills.
- Assist customers with queries and resolve concerns politely.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient order flow.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with opening/closing duties as required.
