Job Description

  • Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests, show them to tables, and hand out menus.
  • Taking Orders: Answer menu questions, share daily specials, and record accurate food and drink choices.
  • Serving Orders: Deliver meals and drinks from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables in a timely manner.
  • Customer Care: Check in during the meal, refill drinks, and handle any requests or complaints.
  • Payment Processing: Bring the bill, collect cash or process card payments.
  • Cleanliness: Clear dirty dishes, wipe down surfaces, and reset tables for new guests
