Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to assist in daily accounting and finance-related activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoice processing, and data entry. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and good coordination skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software.
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
- Maintain vendor and employee payment records.
- Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Support in monthly closing and MIS preparation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements.
- Assist senior accounts team in audits and compliance activities.
