1. Job PurposeTo support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely hiring of suitable candidates as per the company's requirements.

• 2. Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand hiring requirements from department heads.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, references, and consultants.
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Support onboarding and employee documentation as required.
• 3. Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

Qualification: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 0–2 years in recruitment or HR; freshers with good communication skills may apply.
