Job Title: Brew Master / Captain

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,500 per month

Shift: Full-time (Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays)

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and passionate Brew Master / Captain who possesses strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both specialty coffee and alcoholic beverages. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high service standards, and can lead by example on the café floor.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks using various brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, French press, etc.)
• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and classic bar drinks
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages
• Train and guide junior baristas and floor staff
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the workstation
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, alcohol, syrups, and garnishes; assist with inventory management
• Handle customer queries and provide product recommendations
• Support the café team in delivering excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations related to food and alcohol service
• Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a café or bar setting
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and bar techniques
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Basic understanding of inventory and hygiene management
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Certification in coffee or bartending is a plus
