Job Description

Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship Manager to manage pharma clients, understand their campaign requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand requirements and suggest suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with design, technology and execution teams
  • Provide regular project updates and ensure timely delivery
  • Handle client feedback and identify new business opportunities

Requirements: Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Experience in pharma marketing, client servicing or account management is preferred.
