Job Description
YOUR ROLEYou will be the first point of coordination for dentists contacting our company.
- Answer incoming calls & WhatsApp enquiries
- Understand basic customer requirements
- Record and organise new leads
- Maintain customer & sales data
- Follow up on enquiries
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team
- Post product updates/offers in relevant WhatsApp groups
- Coordinate with the sales team
- Prepare & maintain basic daily reports
- Assist with invoices/order records
- Coordinate packing & dispatch of orders
- Track deliveries when required
- Help with day-to-day business operations
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Someone who is:

✓ Comfortable with WhatsApp, email & computers
✓ Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets or willing to learn

Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
Previous experience in customer support, sales coordination, back office, healthcare or dental industry is an advantage — but not compulsory.

Some work-from-home flexibility may be available depending on responsibilities
