Job Description
📢 Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Female Preferred)
📍 Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai
🏢 Company: Jupiter Equipment
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on experience)
🕒 Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
Key Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day back office operations.
* Work on Tally and Advanced MS Excel.
* Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain records.
* Handle customer calls related to renewals, billing, payments, and follow-up calls.
* Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate MIS reports.
Requirements
* Experience in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Experience in Back Office, Accounts, or Administration is preferred.
* Graduate candidates preferred.
* **Female candidates preferred.**
Benefits
* Fixed Sunday Off.
* Extra/Double Pay for working on Sundays (if required).
