Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Debt Recovery Agent to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their payment situations, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collection of overdue amounts while maintaining professionalism and company policies.
