Job Description -
Field Sourcing: Visit local communities, industrial areas, and educational institutions to find active job seekers.
Walk-in Drives: Organize and manage local walk-in interviews and mass recruitment camps.
Screening on Site: Conduct initial face-to-face or phone evaluations to check basic qualifications.
Local Networking: Build contacts with local employment agencies, community leaders, and training centers.
Onboarding Support: Help selected candidates complete joining formalities, identity checks, and initial paperwork.
