GoHighLevel CRM Cum Automation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM & Automation Specialist who can take complete ownership of our CRM infrastructure and client sub-accounts.

This is a hands-on technical role. The person will be responsible for building workflows, automations, pipelines, calendars, lead management systems, phone/SMS configurations, A2P registrations, integrations and troubleshooting across multiple client accounts.

We are specifically looking for someone who has already worked extensively inside GoHighLevel and can independently build, maintain and troubleshoot CRM systems without requiring step-by-step supervision.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain GoHighLevel agency and client sub-accounts
• Build advanced GHL workflows and automations
• Create lead nurturing and follow-up sequences
• Build sales pipelines and opportunity stages
• Configure forms, surveys, calendars and appointment booking systems
• Set up automated SMS, email and WhatsApp/customer communication flows
• Configure LC Phone and/or Twilio phone systems
• Purchase, configure and manage phone numbers
• Handle A2P 10DLC Brand & Campaign registrations
• Troubleshoot rejected A2P registrations and compliance issues
• Configure SMS consent and opt-in requirements
• Set up inbound/outbound calling and SMS
• Configure missed-call text-back and automated follow-ups
• Set up email domains, sending domains and email deliverability
• Create triggers, tags, custom fields and contact segmentation
• Set up lead assignment and round-robin distribution
• Connect Facebook/Meta Lead Ads and other lead sources with GHL
• Integrate websites and landing pages with CRM
• Set up webhooks and API integrations where required
• Connect GHL with Zapier, Make or similar automation platforms
• Troubleshoot broken workflows, triggers and integrations
• Build reusable snapshots/templates for new client onboarding
• Maintain CRM documentation and standard operating procedures
• Monitor workflows to ensure leads are not being lost
• Support multiple client accounts simultaneously

Who We Are Looking ForWe need someone who can be given a requirement such as:

"A Facebook lead comes in, assign it to the correct salesperson, send an SMS and email immediately, create an opportunity, schedule follow-ups, alert the sales team, stop the automation when the customer responds and move the opportunity automatically through the pipeline."…and independently build, test and deploy the complete system.

This is not a data-entry CRM role.

You will be responsible for the technical setup, automation and ongoing management of GoHighLevel.
