Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Manager / Pick & Pack Supervisor
Location: Bhiwandi

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, responsible and hands-on Warehouse Manager to manage our e-commerce warehouse operations.
The owner will provide the daily orders and work requirements. The manager will be responsible for planning, supervising and completing the entire warehouse operation properly and on time, without requiring the owner to manage day-to-day warehouse issues.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage, supervise and assign daily work to warehouse employees.
- Take daily order requirements from the owner and ensure all orders are picked, checked, packed and dispatched correctly and on time.
- Check picking and packing to minimize wrong products, missing items, quantity errors and damaged products.
- Handle picking and packing personally whenever a picker/packer is absent or additional support is required.
- Ensure warehouse operations continue smoothly without unnecessary involvement from the owner.
- Handle and check customer returns and RTO orders.
- Recover usable products from returns/RTOs, inspect their condition, separate damaged or unusable products, and ensure recovered products are correctly added back to inventory and returned to their proper warehouse location.
- Maintain proper organization of racks, shelves, bins and product locations.
- Ensure products are placed back in their correct locations after picking, returns or stock receiving.
- Maintain daily stock and warehouse reports.
- Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock and out-of-stock products.
- Prepare regular reports on what needs to be reordered and which products are out of stock.
- Coordinate stock requirements and reorder information with the owner.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and identify stock discrepancies.
- Track damaged, missing, excess or incorrect inventory.
- Train and guide new warehouse employees on picking, packing and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain employee discipline, productivity and attendance.
- Ensure daily orders are completed within the required dispatch/cut-off time.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization with the help of picker/packer employees.
- Ensure employees follow proper warehouse procedures and keep products in their designated locations.
- Take ownership of warehouse problems and resolve routine operational issues without disturbing the owner unnecessarily.
- Report important issues to the owner that require approval or decision-making.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, e-commerce warehouse, inventory, pick & pack or similar operations.
- Previous experience in managing/supervising warehouse staff is preferred.
- Basic PC/computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Must be able to learn and use our warehouse/order management software.
- Good English reading ability to understand product names, SKUs, labels and order details.
- Good memory and ability to learn and manage a large number of product locations.
- Able to maintain basic computer-based stock and order reports.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Must be comfortable doing hands-on picking and packing when required.
- Responsible, honest, punctual and detail-oriented.
- Should be able to work independently and take ownership of daily warehouse operations.
- Ability to identify problems, take practical decisions and keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
ImportantThis is a hands-on management role, not only a supervisory position.
The manager is expected to manage employees, pick and pack when required, check orders, handle returns and recover products, maintain stock accuracy, organize the warehouse, learn and use company software, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
The owner will provide the work/orders, but the manager is responsible for getting the work done correctly, efficiently and on time with minimum mistakes and minimum day-to-day involvement from the owner.
