About the RoleHamper Hive is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Packaging Executive to support our hamper curation and production operations. The role involves working closely with the team to curate, assemble, pack and prepare corporate and festive gift hampers for dispatch.

This is an office-based contractual position, particularly suited for someone who enjoys creative, hands-on work and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in curation and assembly of gift hampers as per approved designs and requirements.
• Arrange products, accessories and packaging materials to create visually appealing hampers.
• Handle packing, wrapping, tagging, labelling and finishing of hampers.
• Support production of bulk corporate gifting orders within timelines.
• Ensure products are correctly placed, securely packed and presented as per specifications.
• Assist with quality checks before hampers are dispatched.
• Maintain and organise packaging materials, products and production supplies.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding production requirements and daily targets.
• Help with customisation, branding elements, ribbons, tags, inserts and other packaging details.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production/packing area.
• Follow standard packaging and quality processes to ensure consistency across orders.
• Skills & Requirements0–2 years of experience in packaging, gifting, production, retail, events or a similar hands-on role.
• Good attention to detail and a sense of presentation.
• Comfortable with repetitive hands-on work and standing/working during production.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good time management and ability to meet production deadlines.
• Basic understanding of packaging, crafting or gift assembly is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in gift hampers, wedding hampers, event gifting, packaging or décor will be preferred.
