HR Manager – Recruitment & Operations
Job Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment along with day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Drive recruitment activities independently and ensure timely closure of positions.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
Support payroll coordination, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Implement HR policies and maintain employee records.
Prepare HR reports and ensure smooth HR operations.
