• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Manage joining formalities and coordinate onboarding.
• Achieve hiring requirements within the given timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• RequirementsGraduate in HR, BMS, BBA, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Comfortable using job portals and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
