Position: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and social media.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates professionally.
- Performance Expectations:Daily candidate sourcing and follow-ups.
- Regular profile submissions and interview coordination.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on successful closures.
