🔥 Role OverviewYou will be responsible for generating business opportunities for MarketMen across:

  • Brand Activations
  • Corporate Events
  • Exhibitions
  • Rural Marketing Campaigns
  • Mall Activations
  • Society Activations
  • Influencer & Experiential Campaigns
  • B2B & B2C outreach

Your primary responsibility will be:

  • Calling prospects
  • Generating interest
  • Fixing meetings
  • Follow-ups
  • CRM updates
  • Supporting revenue growth
  • 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 250 outbound calls daily (combined B2B + B2C outreach)
  • Generate qualified leads and meeting opportunities
  • Reach out through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain accurate daily reporting in CRM
  • Follow structured scripts and reporting formats
  • Build and maintain prospect databases
  • Coordinate with Client Servicing & Management teams
  • Conduct regular follow-ups until closure or conversion
  • Identify upcoming business opportunities, campaigns, exhibitions, launches, and seasonal trends
  • Track and report competitor activities and market movements
  • 📊 KRAs (Key Result Areas)Daily outbound calls completed
  • Meetings fixed
  • Leads generated
  • CRM reporting accuracy
  • Follow-up efficiency
