- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences, needs, occasions and budgets.
- Showcase diamond jewellery collections, including rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants and bracelets.
- Explain diamond quality, the 4Cs (Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat), product features, certifications and pricing.
- Recommend suitable jewellery designs based on customer preferences and budget.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve sales conversion.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards.
- Ensure proper handling, safekeeping and accountability of jewellery stock.
- Support billing, order processing, customer records and inventory-related activities.
- Inform customers about new collections, offers, promotions and festive launches.
- Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies, customer service standards and security procedures.
