Job Timing

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor day-to-day production activities at the manufacturing unit.

Coordinate with operators and production staff to ensure smooth production.

Monitor production targets, quality standards and timely completion of jobs.

Handle production processes related to PTFE products.

Ensure machines, tools and equipment are used properly during production.

Monitor production quality and coordinate with the Quality Department for any issues.

Maintain daily production records and reports.

Identify production-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality and production procedures.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Stores departments for smooth production operations.

Work at either the Dahisar or Vasai manufacturing unit, as required by the company.

Candidate Profile

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

Candidates with experience in PTFE, engineering products, plastic processing or similar manufacturing will be preferred.

Good understanding of production processes and basic mechanical concepts.

Ability to coordinate with operators and other departments.

Willingness to work at Dahisar and Vasai locations as required.
