Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations

• Ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff

• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance

• Motivate employees to deliver exceptional customer service

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Customer Service

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

• Ensure a positive dining experience for guests

• Maintain high service quality standards

Financial Management

• Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

• Control labor and food costs

• Manage cash handling and billing procedures Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

• Maintain health and safety standards

• Coordinate inspections and licensing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of restaurant management software/POS systems

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
