We are hiring: Sales & Webinar Conversion Executive

We are expanding our financial services business and looking for a confident, target-oriented candidate to join our sales team.

What you will do:

• Call potential clients using company-provided leads/data.
• Speak with clients interested in equity and financial markets.
• Understand their requirements and identify relevant prospects.
• Invite suitable prospects to our educational webinars.
• Follow up with prospects before and after the webinar.
• Build client relationships and contribute to successful customer conversions.
• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Performance:

Performance will be measured through the complete funnel:

Calls → Meaningful Conversations → Interested Prospects → Webinar Registrations → Webinar Attendance → Follow-up → Conversion

Important: This is not just a calling job. We are looking for someone who can communicate confidently, understand customer requirements, build interest and contribute to actual customer conversions.

Salary: ₹13,000–₹15,000/month + Performance Incentives

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
