Job Description
Niftel Communications Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Lead Generation Executives for our International Voice Process.
The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with international customers, identifying potential leads, and generating quality business opportunities while maintaining professional communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international customers for lead generation.
- Identify potential prospects and generate qualified leads.
- Communicate effectively in English with international customers.
- Follow the provided calling scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Ensure professional call handling and adherence to process requirements.
Shift Timings & Benefits
- Fixed Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
- Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off.
- Overtime Pay: Paid overtime for additional hours when required and approved.
